I've used the old version of these for a number of years, but felt I could do with a few more to rotate as they thawed / cooled down..They're a good size for coverage & plenty robust enough for regular use - definitely for the price, it's worth getting several ( 6x or more )I found the new ones kept their temperature really well in both heat or ice form - & malleable enough when frozen to form a good pack around the area / joint being treated..Beats Frozen Peas!!

I have mainly used this as a cold pack on bruises after Krav Maga training. It is an easy to use product (I leave mine in the freezer) and lasts for about 15-20 minutes before I have to put it back into the freezer.I've only tried to use this as a heat pack once with mixed results, but I think this was more down to me than the pack itself.Overall I would recommend this product and I am likely to purchase another one soon.

This is a useful product. Good for balancing on my knee as I sit in my armchair with my feet up. Alternatively, It will stay on the knee if put inside your trouser leg with your feet up in front of the TV.It is also useful for the shoulder as you can put it inside a jumper or just lie on your side and place it under the shoulder.All in all great bit of kit for dowsing the flames of inflammation brought on by my [...]

Easy to fit in the FRIDGE and easy enough to warm in the MICROWAVE

I WAS FED UP USING PACKS THAT KEPT SPLITTING OR LEAKING SO BOUGHT THIS GEL PACK AND IT IS THE BEST EVER INVESTMENT. CLEAN TO USE QUICK TO FREEZE AND AN IDEAL SIZE FOR INJURIES. I HAVE TORN MY MEDIAL LIGAMENT AND IT WRAPS PERFECTLY ROUND MY KNEE. I WOULD HAVE NOT HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING THIS PRODUCT AND WOULD SUGGEST THAT EVERYONE SHOULD KEEP THIS IN THE FREEZER FOR EMERGENCIES. VERY FAST DELIVERY AND A REALLY GOOD PRICE.

These pouches get too cold. Even though I had a purpose made belt for these kind of pouches, the got so cold/iced in the freezer that they severely burnt my back. I had huge blisters that were painful for day.If you do have these then please leave them out to thaw a bit before using them.

Came very quickly. Nice size too for most complaints. I usually use a heat pad as I've got a few joint problems, thought id try this when it gave up on me. Very happy. And the kids love it too for their bumps. Will be purchasing more.

Bought a couple of these a year ago and cooled one in the freezer and heated the other in the microwave and use in alternative hot and cold treatment. Worked well, Gave them both to my son to treat a sports injury in which he found them effective. Had no hesitation in ordering a couple more. No problems over the year with any leakages.
