I have all the jaws films now ,a great week-ends viewing when its horrid outside

The revenge of a franchise thats died a well drowned a death by money grabbing studio bosses...But I love this movie it picks up the spirit from JAWS 3 and takes you back to a more realistic setting,even less realistic plot and Michael Caine. The brody family from all 3 previous movies in some form are here at the centre of shark attention once more...Just move inner city and be done with it unless the studio bosses decide to make JAWS 5-BRODY BATH TIME ATTACK...?? Who knows it might work.Great Bahamas scenes a not to fake looking shark this time around most of the time around !! just a daft story about a shark - I add that all 3 previoues sarks encountered have been killed or 3D'D and it;s a large ocean-finding the Brody family in a revenge attack..I call it very unlucky.It has some tense moments and some touching ones aswell..Jaws 1 it's not, Jaws 2 Nope, Jaws 3 thank god no, Jaws-The Revenge is well a short film about a stalking killer shark LOVE IT.

What more can i say the fourth Jaws film and still very enjoyable. I love all the Jaws films and even better because the original ellen Brody was in it. Brilliant price and cover in English and not German as shown.

Not many would argue that Jaws isn't a classic of cinema. Nor would they argue that the sequels were a case of diminishing returns. However, there is something about Jaws the Revenge that causes it to rise above its always-shoddy workmanship and it ends up being an entertaining experience for all the wrong reasons. Plus it's still better than Jaws 3.The basic plot should give an idea to what level your expectations should be at:The wife of the late Chief Brody from Jaws & Jaws 2 loses her son in a revenge shark-attack. Now scared of the sea, she moves over a thousand miles away to the predominantly beach-based Bahamas, followed closely by the grudge-holding shark. Michael Caine shows up for some reason.There were two endings filmed and the home-released version of the film unfortunately has the worse of the two, featuring nonsense which even seems out of place in this film. However, the alternate ending is included as a DVD extra, but it's a shame there couldn't be an option to watch the film with the better ending.If you're after eye-rolling entertainment, a laugh filled 90mins then you'll likely find it with Jaws the Revenge. If you're after a sequel which lives up to the heights set by its originator then you'll be disappointed.

I have the whole set of Jaws films but had never seen Jaws 4. Not as gruesome as 1 and about the same suspense level as 2 & 3.Good alternative to TV viewing :-)

Well then to say it is the very first time this movie gets its outing on BLU RAY and probably the last time, to me this BLU RAY is a big let down as I was hoping at least to get the 1987 uncut big screen edition print of this movie but no its just the old DVD cut we have all seen before, yes the BLU RAY looks better than the DVD and the sound is DTS . 5.1, but why did they not give us the right ending or even better give us the two versions together on the same disc like you pick which one to play, but no all we get here is under the special features with trailer is that cut ending to this movie and I can not see why they did that, well with universal you get what they see as fit, if shout factory had done this BLU RAY you would have got a collectors edition with theatrical release I'm sure and much more.

Gostei muito um bom filme não e como os primeiro mais e muito bom com dublagem em português do Brasil.

I had all the other Jaws movies but I didn't have this one. It's great. If you have the others, you need this one too.
