Great product + Great Customer Care
Easy to install, integrates seamless to Alexa, the whole reason we bought it. The light is bright and was perfect. The fan is good powered and has great capacity (albeit, we haven’t used it in the real heat yet)… 10/10… Would’ve marked a bit lower because there were some issues, but the customer service was outrageously responsive and offered replacement parts that shipped and received in a few days. I’ve got one more of their fans to install - I’d buy again (I’ve got 3 more to replace, and will).

Classy fan with smart features
Very happy with the fan. Super quiet. Works seamlessly with Alexa. I have never installed a fan before but I was able to do it. I wish they sold the same model in smaller size as well.

Great airflow and super quiet feature-rich fan
The media could not be loaded. We got this fan for the living room and have been very happy with it thus far. The installation was very easy, the 3 light options are very bright and adjustable if you want a softer light in your space -- in terms of air flow, this thing DEFINITELY moves air since it is quite large, and it is super quiet for the size.It has the ability to control it using a mobile app which is really handy if you lose remotes all the time, and it has a ton of features like a timer, adjustable speeds, reversible direction, among others.You can tell it is pretty high quality and none of the screws or pieces were damaged while we were installing it, so I would definitely recommend giving these a try!

Alexa - not so much
Nice fan, moves alot of air. The remote works good too. I dropped one star because, even with seller assistance, I wasn’t able to get alexa to work.Rich…

Great product and great support!
Fan looks great and does everything as advertised. Very quiet. I did have an issue with the remote receiver kit when I first installed it, but the Sofucor Team was very quick to respond and sent me out the replacement part right away. The fan works and looks great and the wife loves it. Always great knowing that your product also has great support. Thanks, Sofucor!
