Great valve, great value!
These 3/4" brass Pro Press valves by WHK are of the highest quality and are indistinguishable from the name brand equivalent. The only difference is the price point. These are a great value and I will be buying more of these for future projects. Highly recommended! Simple Install
Propress fittings really speed up jobs. I tend to only use Propress fittings and valves where plumbing is accessible. In places that are hard to access or no future access, I stick with soldering. These valves worked perfectly on an exterior tankless water heater connection allowing shutoffs where I needed them. The handles operate smoothly and when installed with the correct ProPress tool, they sealed the first time with no leaks. No issues and simple install.

Ball Valve for propress is working just like more expensive ones. Perfect!
If you're lucky enough to have a pro press or can borrow one, this is a great product. I needed to replace another brand because the rep was not a nice person. So on principal, I needed these. I got two different brands from Amazon, because I needed four. My store has been out of 3/4 for a long time. I know the local product name brand well. These perform just as well. There is not a difference that I can tell from these and the store local brands, other than the color on the handle. I have never liked that the handle sticks so far out, but they all do. The fit is perfect, the tool works perfectly on these, and I have no complaints. IF you do not have a propress tool, you cannot use these. They sell manual ones at a few stores, but you still must have one of the tools to crimp / press this into it's place. It will not work any other way. It is not push to fit. Must have the tools. I greased it up a bit before installation, and it's great!

Excellent
Press fittings are truly the best option out there for those of us who are not skilled at (or fond of) soldering , especially in tight places where a torch could be dangerous. While push-to-fit fittings are taking over the plumbing aisle at your local home center, they just don't offer the same longevity and leak resistance of press fittings. The only catch is that you need some specialized (expensive) tools to use them. Thankfully, you can now find several hand-powered tools that don't come with the same hefty price tag as the name brand electric pro tools. The barrier to entry is slightly higher than push-to-fit fittings, but totally worth itI used these ball valves as part of a filter assembly for my water heater, which was slowly clogging my pipes with sediment. They went on super easy and hold on almost as tightly as a solder joint. They are pretty thick too, which is fantastic.I would definitely recommend these.

Wouldn't stay on any of my 3/4 copper lines...what a mess UPDATED
UPDATE: Did not realize these required special tools to install. As a DIYer, I read through the description and it sounded like it would just slip on 3/4 copper like SharkBite, but after the seller contacted me, they explained it needed a press tool to make it work. If I read that it needed the tool, I wouldn't have gotten it as it was not what I was looking for.Bought these for the shut off for my water heater. The cold line is the original 1960s copper line and the hot is newer 3/4" when I updated my heater 3 years ago.I put one on each side, made sure they were super tight, then turned on the mains. After about a second, I could hear water bursting in the utility room. Both valves had come loose and of course, water was leaking out. Replaced with SharkBite 3/4" shut offs and they have not moved or leaked in a couple days.Tried it again on 3/4" copper for my outdoor spigot, and once again, they didn't keep a seal. Only thing I can figure is that I got ones that are slightly bigger than 3/4" as it's not as tight as the SharkBites when I install these.Double check your tightness and fit after install and before you turn on water pressure.

Well machined, valve turns smoothly. The metal is thick.
The metal seems thicker than some other pro-press fixtures I've used, it's certainly built solidly. The valve turns easily and I can see the ball is very smoothly finished. Top quality.

Easy to install, proper fit & safe for drinking water
I needed to replace the water shut-off valves that go to my outdoor spigots and had intended to have a plumber do the job, however when I saw these I thought I would give it a try myself. These valves appear to be well built and are reported to be lead-free and can be used for potable water. After shutting off the water, I removed the old valves, cleaned the accumulated crusty junk off of them and then simply pushed first one end on the pipe and then inserted the 2nd pipe into the other end...easy peasy, no leaking at the present time and it is working perfectly. I can't comment on the durability or how long they will remain leak free as of yet so I am going to give them 4 stars for the time being. I will come back at a later time to report on how well they have held up.

So far so good.
They crimp on with no problem using the M12 crimper I have with no leaks and seem almost as good as the name brand I use.
