Holbein Irodori Artist 4 Seasons Gouache (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter) 12 x 15 ml Tubes with Pallet Paper

The media could not be loaded. That other person must have been too excited if they damaged the pouch XD it's a very typical cheap type of pouch but it's not incredibly fragile or anything. It's good that it's wrapped well because the boxes are extremely easy to open. They have a clear film around them protecting the beautiful print (I love packaging) and that's it. No tape on the boxes. Everything is beautiful and the paints are high quality. I suggest watching YouTube video reviews if you want more details on paint. I do not think the pouch will be large enough to fit every tube if you were hoping for that, but it can definitely fit more maybe half of them for reference. It also has a pocket in front that you might be able to put some smaller brushes, pencil, eraser, sponge or something in. I will probably keep the paints in their boxes and use the bag as a pencil case. Just ideas!Please only buy the summer set if you are trying to find a nice gift for a gouache beginner. It is the best mixing set. If they are a beginner artist in general, don't buy this at all and buy Arteza instead to see if they like gouache, good quality, but not breaking the bank with artist-grade (highest quality) paints.

I have not tried the paints yet; I assume they are fine, but it was long in arriving and I forgot there was a pouch coming with it. It was so well wrapped in bubble wrap that I damaged the pouch in the process of opening the package. Disappointing.

I was so excited to get these before my art show this upcoming week. I took the plunge and spent almost $300 on the set. When I got them - I was shocked. These paints are clearly used.For starters my package was not wrapped in bubble wrap. It was scotch tape and Saran Wrap. Also - no pouch.Next the tubes …. There are pigment paint marks in some parts of the box and the tubes. It’s like someone used it once and returned it to look new. When you open the caps you can clearly see they aren’t full to the top like all Holbein products are. There’s no paint leak in here.You can also see a noticeable difference between the used and unused tubes. Some tubes are sealed under the cap (like the gold tube, see picture closely) while most others are not (other tube pictures).So overall - no pouch, used paint and terrible packaging. Much as I need to use these I much as I LOVE this company’s paints don’t think it’s right to charge full price when paint has been previously used. I technically did not receive a whole product. This should have been listed as a significantly discounted rate considering it has already been opened and used for something else. So I will need to return it.
