These are the best inserts. So comfortable and soft. I have tried disposable inserts, air insoles and various types to fit my flats and sandles I like to wear barefoot. I hate how the original liners get sweaty and stick to my feet, then want to come out when I try to remove my shoes. These are extra thin, soft and stay in place… my summer just got better!! I bought two more 3 packs to add to all my shoes.

The insoles of my work heels were peeling and uncomfortable but the shoes are still in great shape. These insoles are thin and restored my shoes' comfort without changing the fit. The sticky side keeps them in place well and the felt side keeps my feet from sliding around. Have used these multiple times and will buy again

I've bought a pair for every sandal I own. The adhesive is stronger than ever yet moldable. I've suffered from extreme hyperhidrosis my whole life and wish I knew about these back then! Get em!!!

I had to wear heels for a summer wedding. With hyperhidrosis it's very hard to walk in heels, these helped so much. The fabric is almost a felt kind of material that is perfect for sweaty feet and just added extra grip in general for heels. Definitely will buy again.
