If i could provide a rating of negative stars I would. No worthwhile instructions are sent w device. Has zip files it refers you to download. Zero info on which file you are to download. Total piece of junk. Do not purchase this item. Zero customer service.

Great product with simple usage, being as it is just plug and play. Never had an issue using it with Windows 8/10/11. As soon as I plugged it in and saw the blue light, I had the Bluetooth and wifi option. Signal strength is good for the size, but is not the best as it doesn't have a physical antenna. Bluetooth connectivity is impeccable. Great for those who aren't far from a wifi source and need a good, intuitive, wifi adapter. Definitely worth the price.
