This was such a refreshing surprise I'm still looking forward to using it. Too clean floors. Imagine. It is very simple to put the few parts together. There are pictures and instructions but it goes together logically like tools used to do. But the really great thing is that the reusable bottle is easy to fill and easy to slip back on the device. I spent a lot more money and spent a frustrating minutes every time I used it trying to get my more expensive floor mop that required batteries to work. In the end I poured the cleaning product on the floor bypassing the spray. This works great. Cleaned all the floors in my house and refilled the bottle. It still works. Fewer moving parts to no work properly, no power source beyond gravity. I'm sold.

Great product. No messy wipes to throw out and no refill bottles to buy. You can imaging my dismay when when I took it off the hook this morning it broke apart on it's own. I didn't see how this could happen but think for the price it should have lasted a lot longer. I mop for 10 minutes once a week.Update: VENETIO contacted me and has sent me a replacement at no charge. Great customer service.I really enjoy using this mop and glad I have a new one.

After using the Rubbermaid version of this mop, which I owned for 8 years, I ordered this one because I could no longer find the Rubbermaid one I liked so much. I was hesitant to try another brand because I was sold on the one I had (before it broke after much use). The price of this one was very good. Looked just like the Rubbermaid version I had owned and works exactly the same. This one seems to weigh a bit less. I had thought that it would also be less sturdy. After months of using this one, I can report NO PROBLEMS! The trigger sprayer is smooth (good for hands with some arthritis!), and the refillable detergent bottle makes refills cheap and convenient. Washable pads are also convenient. I am rough on mops, but this one has held up well to my almost daily use. The head swivels, making it easier to clean behind the toilet in the bathroom, and corners are easy to reach. I would definitely buy this one again. It’s every bit as good as the Rubbermaid one that I paid considerably more for.

Easy and intuitive assembly. Spray is easily controlled by angling the handle: tilt further back for farther reach. Bottle opening is wide enough for easy filling, and I've had no leaks using a diluted ammonia based cleaner - and I'm saving money using my own cleaner. The bottle remains intact even when turning the mop upside down, though it is very easy to remove and insert. Included microfiber pads stick on well like Velcro and are washable. My only negative is that there are deep grooves between tiles throughout my house and I worry that the mop pad is not really cleaning between the tiles. I wish there were attached bumps or bristles or something on the bottom of the plastic mop base to power behind the microfiber pads and allow them to push further into deeper dirt collecting grooves so this could be my only mop. I don't like the idea of a shaggy mop pad, as that would be tougher to clean between uses (if you have pet hair, you know what I mean); the current microfiber pad just needs fractions of an inch of extra "oomph" behind it for less even tile floors.

This Venetio mop replaces a Rubbermaid Reveal mop, very similar. The handle broke near the top, not fixable. I had it since 2013. I like for quick job; I have a dog and lot of tiles and hard wood floor. So I went on Amazon looking for a replacement, I found this Venetio which looks very similar to the Rubbermaid but cheaper. I thought there was a catch, nope, same mop. I prefer this Venetio for the grip near the top of the handle, it's made of plastic, on the Rubbermaid it's foam. I store my mop on a wall mount and after a while the foam started to deteriorate, this will not happen with this Venetio. Keep your bottles and mop heads, they fit perfectly. Overall, I like this mop, I would strongly recommend it.

My husband and I have always disagreed on the spray mops with the throw away pads. I hate them because the pads never work well and DO leave streaks on the floor. I also don’t like having to buy special cleaning solution when I have a product I already love so........THIS.....MOP......IS......FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! The microfiber pads leave NO streaks and clean really well with my current floor solution. The pads adhere excellently and never slip off the mop. The sprayer sends out a fine mist and not a huge stream which is great. I can easily take this mop out for a spill or quick mopping several times a week. It is lightweight and comfortable and easy to use. So.........If you dislike the mops with the throw away pads......try this.....you will be SO happy and may even enjoy mopping again ☺️

The spray works well and gets the job done. My only issue is after using it for 1.5 years it stopped working. I think the button at the bottom of the bottle gets damaged with use and it doesn't make good contact with the lever. I am going to get a new bottle to see if that helps. I also owned the Rummbermaid mop and had the same issue within 6 months. This is better than the Rubbermaid option since it lasted longer and it was more affordable.

Great quality! The trigger is comfortable and provides a nice, even distribution of cleaning product. The mop feels sturdy and was very easy to assemble. Great value for the price! Feels much more durable than the Bona mop my mom paid 2x the price of this product, and I love that it has a built in cleaner solution bottle. The only improvement would be dilution markings on the bottle itself, but I can live without! My floors look great and I'm very pleased with the mop.

It’s good to use at the first month, but later, i have no idea why the water part is broken.However, the customer services actively to address the issue for me. They are very efficiency with professional problem-solving skill to deal with the product issue. So I would recommend people to buy it.
