My hair is shoulder length with a mix of grey and bleached highlighted hair. The bleached highlights always tend to become brassy with yellow tones so I normally use a purple shampoo, followed by a purple conditioner. Recently I found and bought a purple hair mask by a widely known brand in my local supermarket and am therefore able to make a comparison between the two.The method and amount of mask application is the same for both. Both suggest that the mask is left on for five minutes and then thoroughly rinsed off. Although not mentioned on the label it is recommended that the mask only be used once a week.I had no skin irritation from either of them, and both of them removed the brassy tones and left my hair well conditioned.The price for this mask and the one from the supermarket is identical at £6.99. Recommended for to remove brassy tones and the convenience of shopping from home.

I have natural grey/ white hair so am always looking for great purple products to keep brassiness at bay. This comes in a good sized screw top plastic tub and looks vivid purple when opened. It has a thick, creamy consistency which makes it good to apply without dripping. Once applied though it wasn’t at all purple but blue which concerned me straight away as I didn’t want to end up with green hair. It don’t stain my hands as washed off immediately but as suspected once I’d rinsed my hair, I could see a green tinge whereas using purple products usually, leaves me with white hair. I won’t be using this again

I have more products from this brand and it appears to be consistent.Although I found the packaging design very tacky, the product itself is good.The scent is dangerously yummy and I advise keeping it somewhere locked away from children since its colour and smell make it very attractive for young andventurers.It worked will on my bleached hair, my base is dark brown and when I bleach I get this tangerine orange lolSo it helped a lot and if you also combine it with a good shampoo will help further.

This stuff smells delicious. It has a lovely thick creamy texture and is easy to apply. Hair is super soft after using. To be honest I can't notice a difference in colour but maybe you have to use it many times before you do. However for the softness and the smell alone it's worth getting and I would consider re ordering.

I recently bleached my hair and it had a slight brass tinge to it, so I thought I'd give this mask a go. This smells amazing, it has a lovely blueberry scent and it's a nice thick consistency. Worked well to remove the brassiness from my hair and left my hair smelling nice and very soft. Very pleased!

I am happy with this hair mask which is gradually working to bring back my highlighted hair. My photo is after only couple of uses.I used it twice last week and it already started to remove the orange shade which I hate. I had my hair highkighted a month ago and it's too soon to have a fresh one.In the first use, I applied generously after shampoo then rinsed after few minutes. My hair colour looked nicer, manageable but not very soft. The second time, I added my usual conditioner to the mask and was happier with the result.It's a good value at £7 for a large tub, the quality seems good with thick creamy texture and deep purple colour that smelled pleasant.

It gives the exact results I get from my regular branded one, this ronney brand is a brand I've never heard of!This is a good purple hair mask that's great for getting the brass tones toned down, it brings the colour to a more natural looking colour.... It also left my hair feeling soft and silky, it has a really nice smell to it too.It's very easy to use and I can recommend, I would buy again, it has a 30% voucher on it at the moment too bringing the price down so I may go and buy a couple while vouchers still available.It's exactly as the description describes, no issues.
