The rubber faced holder is easy to use, even with one handed operation. The adjustable arm measures from around 125mm to 163mm in the fully extended position.The max width of phone that be accommodated is around 102mm. The unit is supplied with a stick on cable tidy. The vent vane clamp screws down to draw in a metal hook, positioned around a vane, pulling it into a flat rubber face. Good for an air vent that has a flat surface to the vanes, maybe not so useful for a curved air vent, when it will sit on a single vane. It has a very good finish and solid feel. It works well, and has a very sticky suction pad that takes some effort to remove.

It attaches to the windscreen via a sucker system, and the phone holder itself attaches to the windscreen attachment via a ball and socket system. The arm coming out of the sucker can be set to various angles, allowing for a lot of adjustment.The air vent holder has a fairly narrow 10mm hook, allowing for attachment to most air vents. By rotating the collar on the adapter, the hook is pulled in and out to create a firm fixing. The phone holder is attached to this adapter via a ball and socket arrangement.Also included is a stick on cable holder to keep the phone's power plug accessible and easy to reach when fitting the phone.The holder itself clamps the phone, and the phone is related by pressing the 2 buttons either side of the holder. It clamps the phone firmly, but not too tight,Unfortunately for me, it was unsuitable for my car - I had hoped to use the air vent attachment, as I don't like the reduced visibility from windscreen mounts, but it doesn't fit my vent., as the hook is too wide to fit the air vent.

My old mount fell apart in a spectacular manner, somehow jettisoning my phone across the car as I exited a roundabout. Needing a new phone mount, I selected this one.So far, everything seems good. The mount comes with a couple of wipes for degreasing and drying the surface so that the suction cup can get a good grip. Installation is very simple, I've attached mine to the windscreen, although I suspect the dash board might work too, particularly if it's not too textured.My phone appears to be held quite securely in the two arms and the range of adjustability is sufficient to give me good visibility on maps etc.Time will tell if this phone-mount suffers the same problem as my last one - but for now all appears to be good.

It holds on very well, though there is a bit of phone wobble.It also comes with a self adhesive wire holder for a couple of wires.Overall this is a good product for the price.

I have a textured dashboard. This product stuck absolutely fast and strong. The "arm" part is a bit finicky. But thats just my opinion, others may prefer this type of "arm". It holds my average sized phone fine - live the "soft open" movement - it gently lets go, without catapulting it at me. Im very happy with this product, and its price point is great (£8.99 as of 25.06.24) and Im very happy to reccomend this product.
