Highly recommended!! Great unit all around.
I’m not one to write many reviews, but this unit was certainly deserving of one. After having this thing for a month now, I’ve got to say I’m extremely surprised by the performance. I’m in between two houses now and I have been using this as an everyday fridge/freezer. The temperature bounces within 5 degrees of what you set it. In my opinion that is of no concern despite what some of the other reviews had complained about. My $2000 sub zero fridge has temp readings and it fluctuates within 3 degrees of set temp. For the money, I think this thing is very well made. Compressor is quite, I sleep beside it every night. The compartment is plenty big enough for a weeks worth of food for two people. I primarily use it as a freezer, so I’ve got all my butcher box meat in here. I can probably fit 4-6 boxes for anyone who is familiar with butcher box. Its an incredibly good deal, I would recommend to 11/10 people.UPDATE: Completely forgot I wrote the above review. Came back again today to leave a positive review. If that doesn’t tell you how good this portable freezer is, I’m not sure what will. This things incredible— I’ve been running for well over a month and a half with absolutely zero issues. Bang for your buck, this has the dometic units beat by a landslide.

Incredible deal, awesome unit!!!
Was skeptical about this due to the price, but I needed a camping solution that would allow me to keep my food cold without the need of running to get ice every day in the Florida heat. When I received it, I was pleasantly surprised with how well built and solid this unit felt. The display and power accessories also was top notch. This kind of build quality should be on an item twice this price. I had the unit set for 35 degrees all weekend. Left it in the direct sunlight. Temps were a hot and humid 92 degrees all weekend. It kept everything cool. No problem. Every time I check the temp gauge, it showed 35-37 degrees-only once it got up to 41, but that was because I was opening it up frequently that time. Worked great in the car as well. The only suggestion I would have is set the voltage sensor to HIGH instead of LOW. It has a tendency to be a little too sensitive if battery voltage drops just a little bit, and trips the unit off. Not necessary to have it set that low. You won’t be disappointed, this unit is awesome

$200+ paper weight
I bought this and tested it shortly after it was delivered. It was cooling and working without issue. I did not use it for a few months and when I pulled it out seemed like it was working but it never got cold. I started getting an error that indicates something with the compressor. Followed all the instructions to clear but still have the error. It was past the return date and I cannot find any contact information on the company. DON NOT BUY!

A truckers review
I got the 50l cooler and so far I love it. I'm a regional over the road trucker so I use this 6 days at a time in the truck as well as the night before at the house. I use this as a freezer because I already have a small refrigerator mounted in a cabinet and I like to keep my dinners frozen. The interior of the cooler is on the small side for the exterior size but considering its a freezer it's not bad. It fits nicely between the bunk and jump seat in the '18 Cascadia I drive which is standard company truck size bunk. I use Pyrex 6 cup storage containers and it fits 6 of those with plenty of room for other things. The lid only reveals about 2/3 of the top because the other 1/3 is all the cooling apparatus. My main concerns were that it would do what it says and that it wouldn't need constant supervision. My concern came from thermoelectric coolers I've used in the past that constantly had to be unplugged and fiddled with so the plug wouldn't overheat or the motor wouldn't seize. During my first week, I frequently checked the 12v plug and it was never warm. Even after hours of use. I have the temperature set to -4 and it stays between -4 and 0 degrees. That fluctuation doesn't bother me a bit. My "test" was to bring ice cream with me and it passed. Whenever I pulled the carton out it was rock hard. Not the most scientific test but delicious. At this moment it has been out with me on two runs so I can't vouch for durability. I really hope this turns out to be a great investment but only time will tell. I probably won't update this unless it fails on me so it's safe to assume it's been working well from the date this was posted.

Works Great
Very simple to use. Energy consumption is very low around 45 watts most often. In freezer mode with a low temp setting of around 5 degree's you can turn the power off and it will keep product frozen 12 hours or more by not opening up unit at night, this is perfect time if you are trying to save energy using a solar power generator. When the sun is out the next day, turn the unit on and get temp back down. It will go down to zero or lower but power will be on longer to get there. When at desired temp, the unit turns off. When it rises up 4 degree's it comes back on. In the long off period overnight I put a small pillow on the lid to help insulate a little and 12 hours later temp rose to around 14, still nice and frozen. If you keep this mostly full, with meats, it really holds that cold temp. Hope this helps. I like it a lot and I think its a good value compared to others.
