Brilliant product
A brilliant product when you have no one to put in your eye drops.Works every time and makes the eye drops go into the eye without any mess.

Excellent device...
...for precisely applying eyed drops. This item was purchased following a cataract operation, which required subsequently using eye drops 7 times per day for up to 4 weeks. The Aid worked flawlessly, saving time and avoiding any wasted/missed drops. Highly recommended.

Waste of money
Bought this to help my dad put his drops in. But the hole for the nozzle doesn’t fit any eye drop bottle. I tried various makes of eye drops. My dad had antibiotics for his eye, so after reading the reviews it’s obvious the bottles used are not British medicines/eye drops. Total waste of money I ordered 2 believing the reviews. On top of that, I tried asking for a refund on the website and it keeps saying. Not refundable.

It does help.
Like a lot of people putting eye drops in your eyes can be hit or miss. with this drop guide you get a better chanceof hitting the spot. very good, I couldn't cope very well without it.

Not simple to use
This dropper aid is adequately made, although the hinge is a simple crimp in the plastic and I worry about its long term sturdiness, especially as the instructions require opening and closing the dropper aid to insert and remove the actual dropper every time you require drops. At the price paid one cannot expect a mechanical hinge and wear and tear could be reduced by keeping the dropper and Autodrop connected at all times until the drops need changed. My biggest problem is that I have poor close vision (a common problem at my age, solvable by glasses) and a stiff neck. This means I cannot put my head far enough back to prevent the Autodrop from depositing the drop onto my cheek without lying down and the instructions are clear but make me think that 3 hands would be an advantage to anyone as clumsy as me.My current solution of a magnifying mirror and a good light to see what I am doing works better for me but I think many people will find the Autodrop very helpful once they get used to it.

Not easy to use if for an older person, but did the job with a little perseverance

Very hit & miss.
I use eye drops morning and night for glaucoma and dry eyes and now all day after the removal of cataracts I bought this aid after checking their website first to see if they were okay for my eye drop bottles and they was for some but I still found it fiddly to use and also very hit and miss in them directing the drop correctly into the eye.
