First, I will say what I like about this FG7-7 Collagen Ampoule, because I do like it, even though I will finish on a few criticisms. I really like the size of this bottle, generous as far as serums go at 3.38 fl oz. This will last a while! I really appreciate that. I like the scent of this, it is mild but pleasant, I don't quite know how to describe it because I don't want to offput anyone using the words either "herbal" or "floral" and I can't quite put my finger on what it is, it is neither and both of those, I just find it fresh and pleasant. Not cloying. Just a hint of scent. The texture on the skin is fine, absorbs in well, so well that you definitely will need another moisturizer on top of this (but that is pretty typical for serums, they are just part of the layering of products for skincare. What I DON'T care for about this product, is that the ingredients, upon first opening the bottle are separated, clear liquid with globs of golden looking material. I wouldn't mind that, if they actually gave you some expectation of it being supposed to look like that. But they don't show in the listing any photos of the serum itself. So it was an unsettling first look at the product. ( my photo of the dropper shows this serum unshaken. )I wasn't sure if it was subjected to a temperature it didn't like on it's way to me, or if it was supposed to look like that. Also, nowhere does it say anything like "shake vigorously before using" which is really what it should say here, if that is what it typically needs. If they addressed this aspect at all I would feel perfectly content using it exactly how it is, or shaking it each time to combine better. But here I am with no reference to if this is something to always expect and overlook, or if it signifies a problem with the product. I want them to include more information about what to expect with the consistency and how to apply properly. As it ended up, I shook it all together and it ended up a pale-yellow bubbly looking serum (no longer the clear with gold lumps), and I just am sure to shake it well every time before using. I'm thinking it is probably a great skincare product, and I will use it out fully, but I just want to suggest improvement there on explanation and expectation in regard to what the serum will look like, or how to prepare it before using. I thought about giving this just 3 stars for just "ok" based on my initial impression of it and confusion, but I ended up opting for giving it 4 stars for "good" still because I think it is probably great, it just needs a bit more info given with it.

I recently started using this moisturizer and I love it! A little goes a long way, and my face feels so smooth after I apply it. I haven't had any irritation from using it with my other facial serums.

This face serum is really nice. It goes on smooth and feels great. It leaves my skin feeling silky smooth.

I like using this serum as it offers good hydration and absorbs well on my skin. It doesn't affect any of the other products on my skin, and layers well with my regular routine. My qualms with this product are that the firming effects advertised don't appear long term and there is no type of collagen that is small enough to be absorbed topically. This is fine for hydration but isn't the anti-aging miracle it's advertised to be.
