Great electric bike
Bike arrived after about 5days. Packed very well and no shipping damage at all. Assembled the bike in about 1 hour. Had a front tire tube that had a hole init. Contacted to company, they responded within 2 hours. Sent some pic to confirm problem. They resolved by sending out a new tube, great customer service!!!!! Been riding the bike with no problem all functions are easy to use and rides very smoothly. Battery life great, size is perfect for either of us just by raising the seat with the simple thumb lock. Going to order another so we both have one.

Damaged items
Bought early December and just got the chance to today to unbox and assemble, looks like a nice bike but out of the box noticed the following; Battery latch was broken, chain cover is broken and battery housing was bent and we just unboxed it today!! Assembled it anyways and took it for a 200 feet only spin, works okay, but battery isn’t secured because of the latch, and probably at risk of falling

Best buy ever.
This bike is awesome. Great customer service and great company. Had one problem and they explained it. Have rode over 1500 miles since I received it in June. Great exercise with help going up hills. I am 72 years old and feel great. The only thing is I am going to change seats. Need more cushy on my tushy. That is it. I usually ride on 4 which is 20 mph. Great workouts!! usually ride at least 150 miles a week. Very relaxing. You will love it.
