What an inspiration lounge book . A professional and quality present or keep sake .

I have been itching to savour this beautiful gossy hardcover coffee table gem, but have had to return it to Amazon because their packaging isnt robust enough to protect it from damage. They need to understand this book is large and it's heavy. A simple cardboard sleeve will not protect it while in transit. The corners and spine were crunched in places. The replacement they sent suffered a similar fate. That's two beautiful expensive books ruined through neglect. Customer service were a nightmare to deal with. About 20 minutes on chat only to be told to send it back and they will refund me 🙄 Julian deserves better than this Amazon! Package it better in future and listen to your customers.
