Soft, stretchy & perfect length!

I got this yesterday and my expectations were initially tempered by the fact that two previous nightgowns I’ve ordered weren’t flattering on me at all, and were also made of cheap scratchy material. Generally I’m pretty good at judging quality even online but I’ve had rotten luck in nighties lately. But upon opening, I could tell immediately that the fabric was much higher quality - it’s the perfect mix of soft, light and slightly silky and even the lace trim doesn’t scratch or irritate the skin. Of course even with all that, a sloppy cut can still ruin what’s supposed to be a sexy gown, but no such issues here! It’s long enough to be a little modest and fit me well in the bust, waist and legs without even adjusting - it clings in the right places and falls really well, one of my new favorites! I’m 5’6” and 135 or so and can be a small or medium depending on the day and designer, I ordered a medium and I’m glad I did because a small would have been skintight and nobody wants to sleep feeling constricted. The red is a deep rich color and it feels like it will hold up through many washings, though I’ll come back to update if I’m mistaken!

I had ordered this for my wife. She is tall and pretty thin, but with a large bust, so 5'8" tall and a 32DDD chest. She always goes back and forth with Medium and Small for sizes based upon the cut and what she's going to use it for. This one she went with the medium and it was perfect. Very comfortable and soft fabric. The sleeveless design of this is perfect for her and she loved how comfortable it was to sleep in before it started to get a little colder. The look on is quite flattering on her. I hope that this helps.

Hand washed this and I thought the red would never stop running out of it. Since it had not been particularly comfortable or flattering to start off with, I gave up.
