I have never written a review before despite the fact that I have purchased close to 100 products from Amazon since the Pandemic. I chose this stick vacuum to replace an old one I had that finally died. It has been a huge disappointment. It's suction picks up very, very little. It's only good at getting cat fur. Something as small as cracker crumbs it cannot handle. I literally get more off my floors using a broom. So disappointing because I loved the holder and it's very light weight. I would gladly have spent more to get one that did its job. A lint remover does a better job at picking things up. I should have returned it but I had already thrown away all the packing materials. There are some positives. Its weight, ease of assembly and the holder, unfortunately those don't matter if it doesn't vacuum.
