Got a great price for these! The quality is as good as the sample name brand sheets that came with my dehydrator

As soon as my Excalibur Dehydrators arrived I ordered stainless trays and these non-stick sheets to make leathers. They easily released my first [tomato] leathers. They do require sturdy tray support and the original plastic Excalibur trays were not sturdy enough, but the replacement stainless trays provided perfect support for these non-stick sheets.

These are very thin sheets made of an almost plastic material instead of silicone. They’re a bit rigid, and they hold creases. They are the correct size and fit my dehydrator well, and they were easy enough to use and clean. I personally don’t care for them at all and would prefer to use something made of better or more malleable silicone. To me, they aren’t worth the money at all.

I expected them to be "exactly" like the dehydrator sheets that came with the Excalibur. These work. But they don't seem to be as pliable..
