Wow, quality double sided pcb are now easy
I went for the 1mm with 1.8 mm flange. They are tiny but still quite easy to fit. I used a hole punch to open the other end after inserting into pcb, and I piece of 5mm steel rod to flatten. Once in you can hardly see them. They only protrude about 1/10mm above the surface of the copper.
