As someone who is partially disabled and relies on a bathroom aid, I can confidently say this was a fantastic purchase. I never imagined I would need something like this, but now I wish I had gotten it much earlier. It has made a significant difference in managing my bathroom needs, and I’m truly glad to have it. I believe everyone could benefit from having one of these. Installation was a breeze—I’m 74 years old and I was able to set it up myself. I highly recommend this product to everyone!

I am partially disabled and use a tool for the bathroom. This was a great purchase. I never thought that I would ever use this, but now I wish I had bought it a long time ago. This really helps with my bathroom needs. I’m so glad that I have one now. I think everyone should have one of these. It was very easy to install, I’m 74 and I was able to do it. I highly recommend this product for everyone. I bought this on August 15th and it’s now November 2nd and it’s leaking from the control knob. There’s no way to fix this. My return window has now closed and I am stuck with it. I will try to contact the manufacturer and see what they will do. I still like the use of the product and will buy a different one. Great idea but a bad product.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been hesitant buying this bidet regarding the low price Of this item. But I decided to purchase it because Most of the reviews were good. We have another bidet at home And we never had any problem. This one was installed and within a week stopped functioning. It looks like something is blocking the water. We tried fixing that but it keeps happening again and again. We are definitely not satisfied with the purchase. We didn’t installed it right away and couldn’t even use it 1 week before it stopped functioning. Now return window has passed. I was excited to try the feminine cleaning feature.I don’t recommend this product!

Gets the job done. Easy installation. Sleek, clean design. Fits perfectly.Does the job well. Reasonably priced!

The only reason I could not give five stars was that just the absence of a washer in the adapter cost me more than the actual bidet. I asked the handyman to install it since he was already installing a new toilet. He spent about 30 minutes looking for a washer that he said should have been in the adapter. After digging through my garage for washers, we finally found one that he thought might work, but only after another 30 minutes of charge for his services. This was my first bidet so I was just excited to get it installed with the new toilet that day.

Installation was so easy & it looks attractive however now that weather is getting colder I wish I had purchased one with both cold & warm water.

I love bidets so finally decided to install one on my home toilet. The installation is very easy as long as you look at the hookup photos others have posted. The instruction sheet was difficult for me to understand which lines connected to the adapter. I looked at one photo another reviewer had posted and understood immediately.The good is that it's easy to install and has a very small footprint. The all white blends very nicely with the toilet so it doesn't seem obtrusive.The bad: both the water parts go from a dribble to a strong flow. There's no in between. That isn't great. Also, the water flow for the front (women): it again shoots out pretty strong and it does take a bit of movement for it to hit correctly.That said, it works and it was affordable so I'll use it for now. At some point I would like to upgrade to a toilet with a built in bidet.
