Not for me.
This is a very uncomfortable unit. I was using a Saunders previously and that was great. Will go back to pricier Saunders.

A good idea but needs more work
The device does provide ample head traction but it is very cumbersome to use. It is very heavy and bulky. You will need help putting your head into the cushion for your head. I wish was easier to use. I think it really has potential but its bulk is hard to overcome.

This device helped with my neck tightness
I always get neck tightness and I was thinking of going to the chiropractor but my insurance doesn’t covered. So I bought this to try and see if it helps. I was hesitant but I pump little by little until I feel something click in my neck then I stopped. After 5 minutes I felt everything seems to be straight. So I believe this worked out for me. And I will begin some morning mobility stretches to improve my condition and use this device only when if necessary.
