Complicated
Took one look at this and had no idea how to put it on! Looks very complicated so will attempt to try it when I’m having a patient day.

Good quality material, well made, lacking some adjustment
Posture correctorSize large, up to a 40” (100cm) chest. This is the second one that I have tried, previous one was smaller but otherwise identical. The back and shoulder straps are all fixed with no adjustment available. The material is stretchy, and so there is some give. The Chest circumference band is 38 inches , with an additional hook extension of 2 inches. The garment is made to pull your shoulders back which it does do. As I have 40 inch chest I fitted the extension, however the over the shoulder strap comes around and slightly under my arm pits, so I think this would fit a 38 inch chest better. That said it is tolerable and I can ware this one, unlike the smaller size I had before. The front fastening makes this easy to use and the X cross that is formed around the back and over the shoulders works to pull shoulders back and the chest out.It is much more comfortable than a figure of eight one which just goes around the shoulders and underneath the arm pits fastening via Velcro on the sides and rubs under arm pit.Provided instructions:----Step 1: Thread the arm through the cuffs first, and then adjust the front buckle according to the chest circumference.Step 2: When adjusting, it is necessary to leave some small gaps and then lift the meat up.Step 3: The position of the back cross should be adjusted upwards, and the upper edge of the cross should also be adjusted to the correct position to ensure that each fixed point is in place.Step 4: Just like wearing a bra, lean forward and push the side underarm and rear breasts towards the inner side of the front breast.----As the shoulder fitting is not adjustable I am not certain as to how to correctly get the cross in the right place other than by pulling and twisting. Ideally having someone else to aid fitting. Perhaps again sizing is important there though.Overall I like the quality, the shape and feel. Clearly the right size is needed to account for shoulder and chest.
