Great for a side by side (UTV) winch kit
I purchased two of these shackles for a UTV winch kit. I noticed the fit and finish was good. The bolts turned easily by hand and did not require additional dressing of the threads. I also like the red bolts, as it makes the shackles easy to see in the winch kit bag.The strength rating of the shackles well exceed the limits of the winch, so I can use them with a single line pull or a snatch block pulley, without worry.

These things are well-made and I anticipate no problems at all. Price point was good. I keep some in my pick up and on my ATV. No worries about getting stuck.

Heavy duty
They are heavy duty. The bolt tightens pretty tight with little torque. I don’t care about the paint as long as they don’t rust in the first year.
