I purchased this handy wrist and forearm strengthener grip workout exerciser a few weeks back and have been using it regularly since as part of my regimen to improve my wrist strength (I have a relatively small wrist and I do not have much arm strength).Let me first comment on the quality of the product - for this price, I can definitely say this is a durable product and fantastic product. It is designed to fit nicely around the forearm and has an adjustable grip for different arm lengths. The grip itself is comfortable - it has a foam-like padding around the grip area so it's soft and easy to hold. It also doesn't slip out of your hand if you work up a sweat.The exerciser is designed to be small and compact so you can take it with you on the go and use it at the gym or even on holiday.Prior to purchasing the device, I visited the brand's website for more information. The brand also sports different devices and exercise packages. It also has very helpful video guides for beginners (like me) on how to use the device properly. This I found important so I could use the exerciser without hurting myself.It has been a few weeks and I can notice a change in my grip strength and forearm strength. I am definitely very happy with this purchase and will continue to follow this brand for future exerciser products!

Love this piece of equipment. I was skeptical at first but once I started using it not only did i find it strengthening but also relaxing at the same time. The only 2 cons I have are 1 you can't change the resistance and 2 when you retract is can sometime pinch the skin but other than those I will recommend and will continue to use.

Haven't really used it heavily yet. I'm a martial artist not a 25 stone bodybuilder. But it definitely targets the right areas.Hopefully it will be durable and I will update any further findings. The supplier was prompt and professional too.Atlast I have a good forearm workout!

Really good product always suffered with training forearms butt since I received the Hercules grip hand wrist and forearm trainer can feel them getting a good workout all the time I use the product 😉

Rubbish it broke whilst putting hand in. Didn’t get to do one excercise. Returned for a refund

It's was good for work........now mine is broke I snapped it. It's won't recconect now. Unfortunate as it's a good little tool when working away or for a bag.

Very easy to understand and use! Simply remove it from the packaging and slide your hand in it and you're set! Overall really pleased with this item.

The strap broke after 2 minutes. Poor quality for the item that supose to be used for exercising.
