Missing
Great sized rats, good weight to them. Packed fantastically, if not a little too much packaging and arrived very promptly. HOWEVER, Only received half the order (5 instead of 10), while being charged for the full price AND receiving an Invoice for both sets of rats. Left it a few days, incase the other half ( pack of 5) had been posted in a separate box and delayed for some unknown reason.. this was not the case. Simply put, half my order was missing,yet I was invoiced and charged as if fully sent. Great rats, great delivery, shame half the order was missing..

Arrived perfectly frozen
Ordered Monday afternoon and was delivered before 1pm the next day. Packaging provided a few minutes enrichment to get into but was worth it as it did its job and all of them were still perfectly frozen despite the hot weather.
