This thing is lightning fast and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a big bang for their buck. I am impressed with the quality at such a low price w/ i5 win11 16 ram 1tb rom. It's not a touch screen because I don't like touchscreens, it barely gets warm and you can barely hear the fan. They keys are not backlit because I don't like backlit keys, they are silent to the touch. Just swipe back up and hit the BUY NOW button, your gonna be happy. P.s. this is my first laptop and I searched and researched for over a year and read all the reviews on all brands. Update...Correction, my cat showed me how to turn the backlit keyboard on. There are multiple levels of keyboard lighting. I was very surprised when this happened and yes it is helpful at timesš

Terrible cusomer service
This Seller charged me over $100 restocking fee for a defective laptop! Fist they waited several days to even acknowledge the return of the laptop then charge me a restocking fee for a defective return, absurd! I will never by anything from them again.

Love My New HP...!!!!!!!!!
Love My ew HP Laptop. Have never had anything other than HP products since early1990's. Have always enjoyed them... Powerful, easy to use and priced right where I need. Not really sure about Windows 11, but just need some more time to figure it all out. Need more time to acclimate myself to different programs and working with my printer, an HP Lazer 400 MFP.Truly love my new HP and can't wait to figure it all out, where it works great with all attachments, as with my previous HP laptops.

Mouse was junk
The computer is awesome, docking station is good but the mouse was complete garbage. So when they say it comes with a free mouse, if you want one, I suggest buying one because the mouse they send has got to be the cheapest mouses they make. It works for less than a minute then shuts down. Changing the battery does nothing. Got a HP mouse and it works great.
