Outstanding Glass
If you've never used top of the line glass before you won't know what you're missing. I had used Vortex, Leupolds, Bushnell's, and Mavens and all of them were good for their price ranges but these Zeiss binos are in a completely different class.I am able to see in dark timber up to 45min after sunset. Not exaggerating they look like you're looking through Gen 1 night vision only they're crystal clear and sharp. Perfect for spotting sneaky deer moving at first and last light. I've also been able to range offhand out past 2400yds instantly. I was blown away. Get an Outdoorsman's adapter and throw these on a tripod and you're really in business. The app and ballistic data readouts take a little practice and setup but also work great. The reticle is not the brightest but it is sufficient although could be difficult to see on a really bright day on a light colored target. I've always got dark vegetation to range so that's never a problem.

Binoculars are great The ZEISS Hunter app will make you crazy.
This is ZEISS so the optics are great. The range finding is pretty much as represented. I checked the holdover calculations and found them accurate.THE EXASPERATING part is the ZEISS Hunter App that interfaces with binoculars. The instructions for the app are very cryptic. It has a function that is supposed to update settings to match current altitude, temperature and barometric pressure and match holdover to those conditions. Instead it always gives the readout for sea level. If you sight in and shoot at sea level it is fine.If you sight in at sea level and sync the binoculars to the app you are fine. If you sight in at altitude you need to make adjustments. Even ZEISS tech support did not know about it.

To faint for practical use.
I have tried really hard to like these binoculars, but in the end I have to say they’re not worth the money. As a binocular they’re what you would expect from Zeiss, but the rangefinder is so faint on normal daylight that it can’t be read. At the brightest setting the readout is washed out and only by quickly putting my hand in front of the lens can I read it. The readout doesn’t stay on long enough to also get the ballistic data. Zeiss really blew it with this dog. Unfortunately I’m stuck, I missed the return window. Save your money, buy a Sig dedicated rangefinder for a third of the cost.

Looked at all the “Alphas” - These are great
These binos do what they are supposed to do extremely well. They magnify clearly and range accurately.I don’t get the negative reviews. One guy broke his and is upset he has to pay. Another can’t run the simplest app available. These seem like shady hit jobs.

Good Zeiss needs to add windage to be top of the line.
Great glass and nice to have drop data. ZEISS needs to provide an update to include sinking with windage device.
