After several practises I came out in a lot of bruises. After eventually being able to hoop properly I can now hoop for however long I feel like and don't get bruised. Its weighted so easier than using lightweight ones. Comes apart and a carry bag is included

Received this hoop quickly, very easy to assemble, handy bag to take hoop with you if you wish, great hoop, my only issue is that some of the foam has cracked in places so don't know how long it will last.

Really easy to ensemble & disassemble soft on the body , u can make it smaller , really like this hoop

I wanted a weighted Hoop and chose this as the reviews were okay, as was the price. However no one mentioned that is actually quite painful to use, which puts me off using it! I think it's because of the contouring on the inner side of the hoop. Choosing a hoop with no contouring now.

I've had this hoop for quite a while now. Used it so much that it is starting to get some wear and tear on it, but it's still usable.I hoop in minimal clothing to get the maximum effect upon the pressure between the hoop and my skin, so I end up with some minor temporary redness after finishing but it goes away after a few hours. The pain is one of my fave parts (no pain, no gain, am I right??)Favourite form of exercise 💪🏻10/10 would and probably will be buying again!

Was disappointed when it arrived as the hoop was tricky to assemble and disassemble. Main problem is that I can’t use it as it is really painful and texture is too heavy/hard. I have used similar hoops in the past without issue so this was a let down. It’s going straight to charity shop unfortunately.

This product was very easy to put together and just as easy to take apart. It also comes with a small bag, so you can take the hula hoop anywhere! I have enjoyed taking it to different relatives house’ and making them try it! I use this around 5 times a week, it has now become a part of my daily routine. Would highly recommend

Easy to put together and use. The weight is just right to help me getting trim and exercising, although as a novice hooper I'm getting as much a workout from picking it up off the floor!
