We bought these to hang the vintage style bulb strings around our back porch and the side of our house. This made hanging the lights so easy and should we need to change them out it will be really easy. We might choose to put up Christmas lights in their place during the holidays. The clips just screw in right into the facia board under the eves and then the lights just clip down easily into the plastic hook below where the screw goes. The string of the light set can very easily be removed with a light pressure on the clip but they are also held very securely in the clip and are not bothered by winds. I wish I had found these clips many holidays seasons ago!

I used about 25 of these clips to string up lights on a boat dock, and they were very simple to align--just angle the opening the way you like and tighten down. The clips lock in just fine, and NONE of the ones tested had an issue with the locking mechanism backing out and/or refusing to hold in place. So for the thing they're required to do, they seem to do it well. I'm just concerned that these clips may not survive for long when in direct sunlight. In Florida, I've seen plastic crack and fall apart within a few years... and with the clip section being so very very thin, they could very well snap off the next time I try to unlatch and remove wires. For now though, they work just fine. If you're using these outdoors though (and you likely are), it might be safer to install thicker and more rigid plastic hangers. Fortunately, string lights don't much much strain on each hanger, so there shouldn't be much risk of them failing if they remain untouched.

These little clips are great! The come with the screws to install and work very well. I am pleased with them.

These clips are great for outdoor pergalo, fence, and screen enclosures. Solid but flexible plastic that easily holds up to 2 lbs with the smart design snap close feature!

I like the way these hangers lock closed to hold led string lights securely so they don't slip out of the holders. Since they ae plastic, not sure how long they will hold up from drying out in our hot sun.

We moved into our new home last fall and when spring arrived our new focus was updating/decorating our back patio and deck. We got the LEWULF OUTDOOR STRING LIGHT HANGERS (Pack of 38, Black) to mount our strings of Edison lights. They have worked wonderfully. The black plastic hanger hooks include mounting Phillips-head screws. They mount easily to our wood surfaces in the eves and patio beams. The loop of the hanger hook locks and unlocks from the base easily and securely. The internal diameter of the hanger hook is 0.51 inches. The set of 38 can mount several light strings.

These are really nice string light hangers. They are sturdy, easy to install, and they LOCK too!There are 38 hanger clips along with matching screws in the package. That’s enough to positively hang an average 50-foot string of lights.They are easily mounted with only a small screwdriver… I used my battery powered screwdriver which made installing these quick and easy.I love that once attached, you simply slip the light wire into the clip and then push the loop into the base to lock it in place. I’m pretty sure that these will keep my LED lights in place even in high winds.And because the latches can also be unlocked, it’s very easy to remove or replace your lights while leaving the clips in place for future use.For only fifteen bucks this is a great way to hang your lights safely and securely.
