The media could not be loaded.  UPDATED 09.11.2023- After working with the seller on all the issues that I had, I was sent a new crate. After putting the new crate together, I realized the first one must have been faulty as I didn't have any of the issues I had previously. The new crate seems extremely durable and is perfect for my cane corso! Not only is the new crate amazing, but the customer service I was given was above and beyond. The level of support the seller provided to ensure the customer was satisfied speaks volumes. In the end, even though i went through some challenges intially, it has been corrected and the new crate is amazing!ORIGINAL REVIEW- I was extremely excited about getting this heavy duty dog kennel as my cane corso puppy has been able to bend the normal wire kennel and escape. When we first received the box, it was heavy and when I opened it, I had all tbe parts and everything seemed heavy duty as described. Then I started to put it together....First, I followed the steps to bolt the sides together and install the top door. Then I noticed one of the top door latches was not lining up. So I had to unscrew the bolts to loosen the side panels so I could push the top enough to have the top door locks actually lock. Unfortunately, when you tighten the bolts back, the top door is now not usable. Ok. I really never planned to use the top door so not a huge deal to me. Then I noticed how the back panel that did not have the door, seemed really far apart. I started to push on it and noticed a nice noise. (The video I attached) This is a bit concerning as I worry this may not hold up over time and I may need to add some bolts for reinforcement. Again, not something you expect for a heavy duty kennel. However, at this time, it will do what we need.FINALLY.... I get it all put together and the wheels put on, and I roll the kennel where I want it and one of the wheels literally comes apart! Like.... come on. Needless to say, I'm very frustrated. I chose this kennel as I really liked the bottom floor piece and noticed it had the same dimensions and details as other kennels that received high reviews. I'm extremely disappointed with how it turned out as I can not use the wheels, can't use the top door, and have concerns the back panel will eventually give out. I did give it 2 stars as the material does seem heavy duty... but the construction of this kennel is not good. At least the one I received.

Love it I recommend it to dog lovers, easy to Assemble, quality & value for money

I loved it when I first got it but now I am not sure if I would buy it again. I can see the new floor that they put in this that is only being held down by 4 small brackets will probably be a problem. I can see that my floor is starting to buckle and I don't know if you can get a replacement floor for this model. Also the other day one of my dogs came out of the crate and either she hit the door just right or she snag it some how, it came flying off the hinges. One would think that the door would be welded in a way that the hinges are hidden and completely sealed to prevent this from happening. My other heavy duty crate hinges on the door are completely sealed and the door cannot be removed. This condition concerns me for someone could have been hurt. I don't know if this is a defect or if this is how this crate is made. I don't know how to contact the seller if this product for I have no clue where to find them on Amazon. They certainly don't make it easy. I anticipate that I will end up having to buy another heavy duty crate for I can't have a messed up floor or a crate that the front door comes off. Also the latches on the front door would be a bit better if they were longer than they are. They should extend deeper into the latch than they are. I was really hoping to like this crate but now I am not sure if I would buy this one again.Revised review of 5/21/24:After my initial review the seller of the Wokeen crate reached out to me to help resolve my issues with this crate. They are very concerned and want to have a quality product that people can trust and we are resolving the issues that I have with my 48 inch crate. This seller is all about the customer and I was so touched that I got a response to my negative feedback for I never thought anyone would have reached out to me. They are deeply concerned and they want a quality product with happy customers. I was just over joyed. I have to say I am very pleased with the outcome and I will be buying from them again and I am also changing my feed back from a 1 star to a 5 star. I have never had someone do this to fix the wrong on a product they sell. I am pleased with the outcome and give this seller a standing ovation. Very durable easy to put together. I just did not like the plate that my dog stands on tho it was bent very thin and loud . I had to put zip ties on bottom just so you couldn’t hear the rattling and banging when my dog walks around in it . Also, love how the top comes up so convenient and spacious.

Easy assembly, nice and spacious, our dog is right at home hanging out inside. Rolls around with no issues.

This cage was a little pricey however it meant all my needs. I love the design and the sturdiness and that it’s on wheels. Thanks.

The base of the crate does *not* hold up at all. I wondered why the crate mat was laying funny, so I looked underneath and the entire bottom was bent up. This is dangerous and could easily hurt a dog. The crate has been minimally used, but I didn’t notice the bending until a month later so missed the standard return window. The rest of the crate is strong- wish they would use the same material for the bottom. It is essentially useless to me now.

Crate is nice and sturdy. My Belgian malinois fits perfectly plenty of room and he cannot destroy it.
