I sweat a lot so I was looking for lightweight towels to bring to the gym with me. These are lightweight but soak up my sweat very well. I haven’t experienced the cooling effect because I just toss it in my bag. But will try it out on my next hike.

They absorb my sweat really well and are easy to just throw in the wash. I was using washcloths before but they are so abrasive to the face. These are perfect. Gave it 4 starts because I don’t really notice a cooling effect.

After wetting, wringing and wearing it around my neck while power walking, I noticed a huge decrease in the amount of sweat I was having before using these towels. I highly recommend them!

Im surprised how well it works! It is light, dry and wet it does the job. I bought to my son for a summer camp and I decided to try it first. I’m in summer in Florida going for a walk every day with a prone prickly heat skin and the product is keeping my skin clean, cool and free of sweat. As a result of it: no skin rash! I’ll definite buy another set for the whole family.

I am not the biggest dan of these. They are long, but they are also thin. I do not think they are very absorbent, because they are so thin they are saturated quickly and then it stops absorbing sweat. I did not feel a cooling effect, but this is because I did not intend or need it to be at the gym. I don’t hate these, I can see why they may appeal to people, but it isn’t for me (I am a very heavy sweater, if you are too I suggest staying with traditional cotton towels).

I use these to sit on at the gym and to clean myself off after tanning. They absorb a lot of sweat. I also stick a couple of these in the cooler during baseball season and the kids wear them around their necks in the dugout. Perfect way to keep cool in the summer.

Love it because it keeps my sweat at bay when I tie it around my head!

I was looking for a towel to wipe my sweat off my face during my workouts at home and at the gym, and came across this towel.I honestly don't know what it means by 50/50 Bamboo/Nylon blend material but it's not stiff or raggedy on your face or skin (I thought maybe bamboo might cause that texture) but rather it's very soft and silky.You have to understand that this is not like terry cloth towel hanging in your bathroom sink or shower. It feels more like wicked polyester shirt you wear to play sports except it's a bit more soft. I guess the idea is to transfer the sweat from your skin to this towel by wiping it and it will dry quickly rather than staying damp so you can use it to wipe your sweat again later.The small dots/squares on the face of the towel does give some texture to the feel so it's not as slippery or silky as polyesters.I like the fact that this towel is super light weight so it's easy to manage and handle when you are at a gym or even when I'm outdoor playing volleyball in sand court (hang in around your neck or on a gym equipment bar).It's super easy to wash and dry so I will always have a clean one even when I'm working out every day since it comes in 3 pack.
