As someone who has taken many different supplements to try and mitigate my mood disorder happy saffron plus has really helped me on my journey. It’s not a miracle one fix all supplement HOWEVER, my general baseline anxiety has reduced drastically since I have started taking this about a month ago. My overall mood has improved and I find it easier to maintain a more positive mood. My mental clarity and memory has even improved which I didn’t expect when I started taking this. I highly recommend this to anyone who battles with mood disorders and for anyone who deals with daily brain fog. Again, it won’t make you shoot rainbows out of your behind but it really does make a difference.

My doctor recommended this to help with anxiety in lieu of pharmaceuticals. The effects are subtle but noticeable after several weeks of use. I still experience anxiety but it feels more subdued. Did absolutely nothing. A took a gamble and paid for this $50 bottle of placebos. I hoped based on the reviews that I would feel something, but I might as well have been taking empty capsules. These things can be snake oil. That's why the FDA doesn't approve any of this stuff. They don't want the liability. I'm glad it worked for some.
