Good for the collection!

We could only do 2 walks this time but both were well documented and we only needed to refer to our map once just to check a reference point, which is good for the lakes

This is a very useful and well-explained book which presents an exhaustive list of the places to be seen in Eastern Lakeland.All the places have been presented in the form of illustrated "note cards": in all of them, there is practical information, as well as photos and maps which describe perfectly each place. It seems suitable for family walks, as well as for more adventurous explorations.

I've tried a few books over the years and prefer these books. Clear maps detailed directions and accurate information.
