Works well
I've got similar devices in all three of my older cars, but one recently failed so I picked this one up to try. It's very similar to the others, with the exception of being able to either use the included double ended 3.5mm jack or to use my aux cable without it. I really like that idea as one issue I've had in the past is having to use a coupler that can introduce crackle into the sound. The other problem with my other bluetooth adapters was exactly what having a removable jack solves. The prior adapter I had that failed, failed because it's built in, non removable 3.5mm cable out wore out as 3.5mm cables tend to do with no way to replace it. Connection was a breeze and I had this up and running in a few minutes.

A Great Work-around For Older Cars
I ordered this for my son who just got an older car with only an AUX cord input, and a phone with no headphone jack. It works great. It was super easy to setup with his phone, and it allows him to listen to his music in his car. He's extremely happy with it; and I would definitely recommend this. The value is great as it means he doesn't IMMEDIATELY need to get a new stereo.

Aux Bluetooth
This is a aux Bluetooth. Connected it to some wired headphones and now they are Bluetooth headphones. Not what I got it for but it works. It’s rechargeable usb c and comes with a charge wire. Comes with a double sided male aux just in case you need it to connect. It can be a receiver (RX) or transmitter (TX). Just use the switch on the side. Transmitter light is Red and the receiver light is blue. When they’re searching they blink fast and when paired they blink slow like about once every five seconds. Recommend this if you want to make something Bluetooth. If you’re pairing with phone turn your Bluetooth on and go to settings and connect with one of the available ones. You’ll know you chose the right one when it works.

A must have for older cars with no built-in bluetooth
Had been using an old FM cigarette lighter transmitter with a very iffy connection and now its a world of difference. This little receiver/transmitter really works.1. Power it on, connect to your device via Bluetooth.2. plug it to the AUX IN of you car (older modern cars have)3. Tune the head unit to AUX input and your are done.I was very impressed with the ease of use and how the quality of the transmission is.It comes with a double ended Aux jack accessory BUT I find that a regular headphone Aux CABLE works just as well and you can place the receiver anywhere.

Refused to connect my Samsung S23 Ultra and 2013 Mini Cooper
I'm sure this will connect with a vast array of vehicles and phones, but it would be helpful if they could list a sort or range or guideline to what vehicles won't connect. Is it the age of the vehicle? Is it the phone type? Who knows. All i know is i spent almost half a hour trying to get it to connect and my car and phone refused to find it.

Very low sound quality.

good for late model cars
cars that do have an aux in but don't have bluetooth are the niche that this product was made for. it does what it says, and works fine with an iphone 12.

One of the best RX/TX devices I have
I really like the form factor and connection options on this device. It's smaller than some of the other ones I have, and yet the battery life is still great. It feels a little cheapish, but I am not going to subject it to any kind of mechanical abuse, so the resulting lightness of it is actually a plus. It hasn't failed me yet, so I can confidently recommend it.
