This cup will fit the K Slim if installed correctly
I purchased the stainless steel Reusable cups and have just tried it out and it works perfectly with my new K Slim. The packaging is excellent and the only drawback is that it does not come with instructions. In order to use it properly you need to push the top on firmly and look for the arrow tip engraved on the rim of the top. That arrow needs to face forward on the slim. This is because the four nozzles on the coffee maker that spray water into the cup are not symmetrical so if you put the cup that holds the grinds on backwards (arrow facing toward the back of the coffee maker) the holes will not align with the four nozzles and you will have a mess on your hands. If installed correctly the system works perfectly. This shortcoming is not a result of design of the cup but rather that Keurig did not need to have the holes symmetrical since their coffee maker punches new holes in the plastic K cups every time it is used. What else I like about the design is that the holes in the cup are much smaller than usual and leave almost no grinds in the bottom of the empty coffee cup. This eliminates the need for a paper filter that I had to use with my previous reusable K cup coffee filter. The item works, is well designed and manufactured and considering they send you two is reasonably priced.I'm happy!!!!!!!

All good but keurig lid won't close completely
After reading the reviews, I expected the keurig not to close completely but it still stood out among the others. Plus I prefer stainless steal. So I thought I would try it. First the good: It holds the coffee grounds in with no mess. It is really easy to clean... just rinse it out, no difficult areas. It is hot when you first take it out but cools quickly for handling. The negative: mine also does not close completely. Because I want to use a specific ground coffee and I'm really happy with everything else about it, I came up with a solution. It is difficult for me to hold it in place due to arthritis in my hands so I use a clamp to hold it shut (otherwise I get a stream of coffee and another stream of clear water). I highly suggest you also get the scoop. It makes it so easy and mess free to put coffee in the pod.

Does fit K-Supreme Plus
I have a K-supreme Plus, and although the site specifies that it does, this product does not allow the Kuerig lid to close fully. Therefore, the Kuerig does not recognize that a pod is inside and only allows you to select Hot Water! This product is perforated on the sides. A lot of the water flows out the sides vs through the coffee grind resulting in weak coffee. As far as preventing BPAs, do some research before you decide to buy. If you think about it, a Kuerig is all plastic. ie. the water chamber, hoses pod holder... According to the FDA K-cup pods are BPA-free. I think there are some scare tactics associated with the sales pitch for this product.

Very sturdy
Compared to the other options out there these are wonderful. The top fits tight and doesn't come off when you try to take it out of the coffee maker. The bottom is made of one piece and not two. One of my other purchases the bottom was made of two pieces and they separated after a few uses. It makes it impossible to get the bottom out because there is nothing to hold on to. The side are also stronger do to the design on the side walls. if you were to squeeze the other brands they will fold up like a paper cup. My only wish is that the top and bottom were on a hinge like my previous purchase. Very please and I will buy again!

Incompatible with the new Keurig K Slim machine
Unfortunately, these VERY beautiful and clearly well-made coffee pods are incompatible with the new Keurig K Slim machine we have. The problem is that the four “multistream” water doesn’t come out of the elements that snugly penetrate the tight slitted neoprene cover, but just around them. The result is that more than half the resulting brew is hot water instead of coffee. The result is unacceptably weak. I don’t know if the same design is used for the other Keurig models, but if it is, I they’re going to need to redesign the tops to be more like the plastic ones I am going back to that have simple holes rather than the perfectly tight-fitting crossing slits. Also, if they ARE compatible with the other models, some may complain that the tiny arrow etched into the stainless rim – indicating the mandatory mounting orientation – is difficult to see, especially when wet. This is a true observation. However, it is very easy to see the pattern of the five penetrations through the top of the device. The simple solution is to recognize that it is the pair of holes slightly further apart that go toward the back. The tabs on either side of the pod fall into place when dropped in, automatically correcting for any user misalignment.

A little pricey, but worth it in the long run.
I tried these with our somewhat older, more commercial-grade Keurig. We like to grind our own coffee and use reuseable k-cups instead of purchasing them. We have several of the metal k-cups (the best kind, in my opinion), and I decided to add a couple more. These fit a bit tightly in the Keurig. They are a hair wider, but also a hair shorter. We also only have the one, center needle in our machine. Still, the top does close, and it brews the coffee just fine. They have useful tabs on the side to grab the lid and take it off. I’d also note that they seem to empty easier than the other metal cups we have. This could be because they are new.We clean our reuseable k-cups in the dishwasher and these clean up nicely (upside down in a covered tray). They also clean by hand just fine. I’ve used them a few times now, and I haven’t really had any problems with them.Overall, these definitely fit the bill. I know the stainless steel, reuseable k-cups can be a bit on the spendy side. That being said, the plastic ones (I’ve tried those, too) eventually wear out too fast. In my opinion, this makes the metal ones well worth the extra expense. If you don’t mind the cost, and these fit your machine, then I would certainly recommend them.
