Good Quality
I recently purchased the Innova 1000 Bluetooth OBD2 scanner, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! This device is incredibly easy to use, making it accessible for both seasoned mechanics and those new to automotive diagnostics. We've used it many, many times across several different vehicles, and it has consistently delivered accurate diagnostics and cleared various issues effortlessly. The Bluetooth feature is a fantastic addition, allowing us to connect seamlessly to our smartphones for a user-friendly experience. Whether you're troubleshooting a check engine light or monitoring vehicle performance, the Innova 1000 makes the process straightforward and efficient. I highly recommend this scanner to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use diagnostic tool!

Easy To Use. Takes You Straight To The Problem.
Easy to read, works very well, clears Engine Light, compatibility with the 4 vehicles I've used it on, was great. Worth the money to buy.

Easy to use and in-depth. 2018 Silverado 1500
I’m definitely not one to leave reviews, however I’m extremely thrilled with this scanner. I’ve been having an on and off check engine light on my 2018 Silverado 1500 since I bought the vehicle in 2021. Usually it only comes on during the Minnesota winter, so having to drive to Autozone or bring it into the dealership is a real pain when it’s -15° out. Getting the scanner and app set up took literally one minute. Captured everything I need from the Vehicle information to the MIL DTC and other stored codes. Some have said the dongle is cheaply made, which might be true, but what difference does it make when it’s discrete and clean. What matters is the ability to hold a connection (no issues), reliability, and that it functions correctly- all of which seem to be true. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is mechanically inclined or if you’re a cautious driver who hates the pesky orange light. You can clear codes, monitor live reports, record your vehicles data. Really a sweet tool.

easy to install
surprisingly comprehensive OBD2 reader. picked up a number of codes and corrected most of the error codes. has a built in scanner for reading the identification VIN. a little lite on the documentation. a good device for most DIY.

Wow this scanner is perfect
Much more capability than I was expecting compared to my old Innova scanner from 2009. Saved 20% using the Innova Tool Upgrade Program. Very easy to use in the phone App and no update or service contract required!

Nice Product BUT Does Not Do 2024 Hyundais
Bought this because it is made by a company that make units used by the pros. As the title says, there is an issue with their app. The device appears to work well. However, the required app is too clever by half. It uses your VIN to determine your car info. They do not have 2024 info in their system as yet. SO, according to their support people, it will not work yet - until sometime later this year. There is no way to force the app to usa a year older model, unless you happen to know the VIN of a year older model. I personally know that the codes for the 2023 models (which are supported) are identical to the codes for the 2024 models. Oh well, back it goes.

Excellent Scanner
I've been using an Autel scanner for the past couple years. This latest issue with a 2008 Hyundai, I wasn't getting a reading on the Autel. Purchased the Innova hoping I wouldn't have to go to the dealer and I was presented with misfire codes. Completely helpful since I found that one of the spark plug tubes was cracked. Replaced all of them along with the spark plugs and all has been well the last 2 months. Easy to use, good value. I had no issues connecting to my Apple phone.

Awesome!
I made a stupid mistake by hooking a new battery backwards and fried the fusible link. After replacing an 140 amp fuse I still had issues. After researching I finally decided I should get an OBD reader. After researching I decided on this one. It Identified a fuse and cleared codes. Everything worked perfectly after that. Definitely will come in handy for not only identifying issues, but if I need to take a vehicle to a shop I can have issues already identified. 100% recommend for DIY ers out there.

10/10 perfect for old Infiniti’s!!!! I have been hunting for a scanner that would actually work on my beautiful POS (‘98 i30) as it had a check engine light for a few months. Cheap scanners do not work on my car aside from emissions inspections, as I’ve come to find out it has a hidden adapter port for actual diagnostics. This magical little device completely bypassed it! (I would have had to go to the dealership or buy a snap-on/equivalent otherwise) Gave me the codes in a couple minutes, successfully cleared one and found out that the ignition coils I bought were crap. If you are struggling to find an obd2 scanner for your Infiniti- this is it. Not only is the scanner amazing, the customer support is super responsive! I emailed regarding my tracking number since I live in Canada and they got back to me with it in less than a day. I couldn’t be more pleased with this product! For my fellow i30 owners: remember to turn the key to “run” when scanning, it’s stupid I know but it’s the only way to actually scan the vehicle. “On” will not work for any scanner you try, I promise lol.
