What's the difference between one size and all? Which one is the adjustable strap?

One size has the adjustable strap

When it says one size, does the cap not have a strap in the back? Also what size would it be?

Well they do have an adjustable strap in the back. The crown of the cap size is probably a man's medium. I am not a good judge of this since I am a small women, but after adjusting the strap it fits me around the sides but could be a bit smaller in the crown to fit me better.

What does the different sizes mean?

They are one size fits most since you are able to adjust the sizing in the back..not sure why they have it listed 4 different ways though but these all come in one size fits most.
