Great product

The mop is very difficult to operate, requiring excessive effort to effectively clean surfaces. Additionally, the quality of the microfiber cloth provided is substandard, as it leaves fibre particles on the floor, creating more mess than it cleans. As a result, I cannot recommend this product for use as advertised.Furthermore, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the rod was dented and there was a missing part, significantly affecting the functionality of the mop. Despite my multiple follow-ups with the Amazon customer service team, I was informed that a refund was not possible, leaving me with a defective product.

The mop is easy to use, gets into all corners and difficult to reach places. Takes up less space when not in use. However it is supposed to be self squeezing so you do not have to get your hands wet. The mop pad is too thin for any water to be squeezed out. So don't know if I got a defective product, or It is supposed to be like this. But everytime I drain out excess water I have to use ny hands.

Very good quality product. Easy to use. Cleans every sahpes corner perfectly. 360 movement works properly. Saving a lot of time.
