Bought this as the original harder plastic extendable/shapeable pipe for my Blyss Aircon unit started to perish after 15 years of really solid service (failing on the inner/lower part of the tube spiral so it was just falling apart).It wasn't a size match for the socket part that attaches to the unit, or the end of the exhaust which wedges into a window - but I always knew this would be the case. Where this product was excellent is the tape and metal circlip provided along with the pipe. It allowed me to make a solid sealed connection using the clip and tape with the socket end, and to create a solid taped connection with the tip piece.The only negative points are that the thinner plastic this is made of conducts the heat more than the older thicker one, so it gets moderately hot to the touch, and it also wants to inflate out to its full length as it doesn't have the rigidity of a tougher plastic. However, if you gently recollapse it while the unit is on, and put something soft over it to keep it in check, it'll stay neatly put.Oh, and the initial plastic chemical odour when unpacked and put into use is pretty strong, but after about 10 hours of constant use that wears off entirely.I'd definitely recommend this as a cheap replacement product for any AC or drier exhaust pipe needs.

The product is good. I was able to connect it to my AC unit exhaust pipe easily and works very well. It’s a little expensive.

I needed this and was twisting and turning all over the place till I got it in the right position. It feels good durable quality

Length is good but unfortunately the tube plastic is wafer think so heat leaks out of it it’s not like your original plastic air con pipe but will do the job till we get proper air con fitted if we wasn’t getting it fitted I would be sending it back

I recently fitted this to my portable air conditioner as the vent hose included couldn't reach my living room window. It's super easy to fit on, but I just found it inconvenient that it's made of such a flexible material. It's hard to get it to stay in place especially with a portable setup where it's not fixed in one specific area. It would easily expand and flop to one side which made the air venting not as efficient. I ended up taping the excess bits together to make it a little more rigid. Worked great since and still able to open out for use in a different location.

Everything you need supplied with the hose even a nice big roll of strong tape which I will use for other fixes also. Couldn’t be happier with the quality for the price.
