WELL WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi I started this workout 3 weeks ago alongside the charlie brooks workout (by the same trainer Dee Thresher) and I must say already I am felling my body more toned stonger and firm in all area- thighs, hips and waist(yet to tone my stomach though!!!!but after 2 children I doubt this will happen over night). As yet I dont think anyone else has noticed a difference but I certainly have, I have tried the gym and running too but I feel the interval training in this dvd works better for my body, it's a combination of cardio and tonning exercises which are really intense but work well to get you in to shape fast. The gret thing with this workout is that the sections are longer which make you push yourself that extra 5 mins, the only downside to the dvd as majority of people have pointed out is the fact that it has virtually a non existant cool down, the ab section is very rushed and not intense enough. The workout is full with great music that really keeps you going, natalie is really sweet and makes you laugh at her witty comments. It is obvious she has had to work hard to get her body as she looks absolutely great. The trainer Dee is fab too, I feel she explains everything well dispite comments from other people I think she does a great job. It may not be a workout for total beginners but as Dee says she can keep it low if you like.I have started out at 11st on 1st May, and I have set myself the challenge of loosing at least a stone before July. I will do another weigh in on the 1st June and see how much I have lost!!!! will keep you guys updated on my progress.................Good luck to all trying this dvd, worth every penny.

Great Work Out. Much better than going to Gym.
I'm 20 years of age and weighed 11 stone (BMI 22.3) at start of this DVD. I just want to tone up rather than lose a lot of weight.I've never used a fitness DVD before but it was more enjoyable than going to the gym as it was more like dancing than excersizing. Also your in the comfort of your own home and no lycra clad fitness fanatics watching!!The routines are easy to follow and they repeat the harder moves (arm moves coordinated with leg moves :P) . I haven't excersized much since leaving school so was pretty breathless after the warmup. After working through the whole DVD I'll admit my legs hurt something awful but this was a good thing as after a week (using the DVD 5 days out of 7) my thighs felt noticably less flabby. The showing Natalie before and after is encouraging as she is very toned as well as being thin. I am going to follow the workout every second day. If anyone wishes to know of results or weightloss please do not hesitate to get in contact. Definately a 5* buy.Update: 3 weeks into using this dvd once every two days I now weigh 10 stone 7. That is 10 stone'7 constantly, not up and down every day depending on what I've eaten. Very pleased with results.

If you have two left feet...
I have done this workout three times now and still am finding it difficult to keep up with Natalie and her trainer. I am bought the DVD as I am overweight and wanted to lose weight and tone up; like everyone else I thought if Natalie can do it, I can do it too. I weigh around the same as her when she first started the weight loss so I am hoping that the DVD workout will workIf you are like me and have two left feet then this DVD workout is not for you; I bought the Jordan one too and found that alot easier though admittely did not sweat as much. The Jordan one has a better warmup and cool down session - it gives you stretches (a must i think) and eases you into each move whereas the Natalie Cassidy workout assumes you know all the moves and because it is quite dance-y it is quite hard to keep up. I found that the camera angle changes so much in the NC one that by the time i get hold of one move i become out of sync and lose concentration or they have changed to a different move. I am sure with time I will get hold of the moves but if again you are like me and cant constantly bounce up and down on the balls of your feet then this is not a great workout as you will probably give up and let the DVD gather dust. Also found Natalie Cassidy's pouting quite annoying, i just focussed on the trainer. Watch out for the clock in the background its quite amusing, they started the workout at 3.00 pm and then half hour through its 5.00 pm! if they can take a break why cant i? :)I have never been a great fan of workout videos but thought I would give it a try; remember though its about reducing your calorie intake as well. I did lose two and half stone in 3 months when i was going to the gym for 3 hours a day and eat carrots and oranges but I was also getting down and my skin was not healthy. Lose it the right way - eat healthy and exercise in moderation

Excellent all around workout!
If you enjoyed the Charlie Brooks dvd, then you will love this one. It is with the same trainer, Dee. It is a little less challenging from a cardio point of view, although there is more cardio in the workout as a whole. At no point does it get you as tired as the high intensity section of the Charlie Brooks workout. It does however work your thighs much harder, with more squats, leg curls and lots of kicks! The workout is broken down into 10 minutes of fun warm out, followed by 15 minutes general cardio and then 15 minutes cardio combat, finished off with 10 minutes of abdominal/chest toning and cool down. The moves are easy to follow and can be picked up very quickly, I had learnt them all by by second go, but then I do a lot of workouts, so if you are new to exercise it may take a few attempts, but not many. The toning section is pretty challenging, but is short and the effects are dramatic if you stick with it. I wouldn't recommend doing it more than about three times a week, as it is pretty hard going on the legs and arms. If you alternate this with another workout you will see great results!
