Honeywell TCPA1BS Panic Button - White

Based on the statement "Ideal for elderly or vulnerable relatives" I got this for my mother who is 91.It comes with a clip on mount, wrist band and neck band.I was going to get it to wear it on her wrist but the strap is not very flexible and the catch gets caught on her loose skin.The clip was out as you would have to remember to swap it from clothing item to clothing item.Thus the neck band which seems to work.I wrongly assumed that as well as sending an alert that you would be able to set it to sound the house siren to alert other occupants or scare someone off.However, no such option exists and all you get is a poorly formatted email and text message (if you have the text option)e.g.SOS from Nelson Mike !Urgent help may be required. Please contact Nelson Mike immediately !Yours sincerely,Honeywell Total Connect Comfort.The message does not include the name you assigned the Panic Button in the system and only quotes the system owners name in unfriendly Surname, Christian name order.The text message is similar but says Mike Nelson rather than Nelson Mike.I guess they could not make their mind up?So yes it works but strap could be better and no options to configure the alert,
