This is as described.

My first order was lost by USPS. I contacted the seller and another was promptly shipped. I lucked out that I didn't need it right away and I don't think the problem was the seller's fault. I'm happy with it.

I purchased two, along with two 3.25 x 16 inner tubes. My 57 year-old Honda Dream tires would no longer hold air. If I was going through the trouble of removing the wheels, breaking down the tires and reinstalling them, I wanted to make sure I had new tubes and rim strips. I threw away the old and put in the new. The rim strips fit perfectly. The purpose is to protect the inner tube from rubbing on the inside of the wheel spokes. What I didn't count on was how stiff those old tires were, making insertion of the valve stem by itself a fifteen minute chore. Oh well, maybe those tires won't have to come off again for another 57 years.

This irc rim strip, 16 inch is perfect for use on 16 inch rims with spokes that require tubes. It fit my particular large cruiser front motorcycle rim perfectly.
