I’ve been looking at bullet journals for a long time, thinking “Hey, this sounds like fun!” Obviously the first question that came to mind when I decided I would make my own was where I could possibly find one. They had a few at local bookstores, but they were so overpriced—$20 for a paperback that flipped open upward and was hardly good quality! When I looked on Amazon, I was appalled to see all the choices. I wanted a good journal, but I didn’t want to overspend. That’s when I found this one—an easy $6 for a hard cover. The reviews looked great, so I thought I’d give it a try.When it arrived two days later (with some markers I bought for it), I was so ecstatic to start working on it. The bullets are all even, easy to see, and leave a border around the edge of the page. The pages are also a great size; not too big and not too small. I also adore the pocket at the back of it (see picture 3). It’s the best place to store papers with ideas I have for pages in the journal. I also love the bookmark. I can mark the page I’m working on and not have to flip through the journal endlessly to find it.I also love the fact that the pages are so sturdy. The markers don’t leak through to the other side, leaving me with endless options. I can make trackers and color in boxes, draw and color pictures... Definitely the best journal I could ask for at the best possible price!

this is not just the best dot journal that's "affordable", but in my opinion, it is The Best Dot Journal.though the pages don't automatically lay flat when you open it, once you start writing it in for a few minutes, they pretty much stay open/flat by themselves. the paper quality is Insane !! it's so thick and i get honestly pretty much no ghosting or bleeding. for context, i use crayola super tips, muji pens, and pilot g2 0.38mm for my day-to-day journaling + planning. it's lasted me for months (bought in may 2019, reviewing in april 2020) and pretty much daily use. i even rip out pages occassionally (because i'm a perfectionist), and the spine/binding has stayed in wonderful quality!the color is not a bright white, more of a off-white, which is of my preference! and the dots aren't super light, but honestly i hardly notice them after using this journal for so long. i also don't mind the dots being a bit darker and i kind of think they add a nice touch in the whole layout.the only thing i would say is that the quality of the cover isn't as good as you'd get with a brand with actual / better quality leather (ofc, since this is probably PU / fake leather and is also like <$10 post-tax, in comparison to journal brands that go up to like $30 for a single journal). it's not that bad, but it did get some "dents" from being in my backpack a bit. but you can easily cover things up with stickers, and i personally don't mind that much. it's gives it a little bit of character? maybe? haha also because it was so affordable, i don't feel as bad when it gets a bit banged up / wear and tear.i wish they would offer these in different colors too !! like a nice, warm yellow or something :')i tried looking at other journals with more color varieties, but it just seems like (based on reviews) that the paper quality wasn't as good as the one in this journal, so i might just stick to this one to repurchase and come up with some way to decorate the cover!i can only hope they haven't changed anything about the paper quality since i last purchased it in may 2019 when i do end up repurchasing it

I wasn't sure what I wanted when I started my bullet journal, so I wasn't ready to invest heavily in a journal I wasn't sure I was going to use. But I wanted something nice to motivate me to use it. I also wanted a completely plain cover. This hits all the marks I was looking for, and then some! There's a nice pocket in the back. It will hold a sheet that is approximately 4.5" by 7" (slightly smaller than the notebook size). I haven't experienced any bleeding with any of the pens I've tried, and very little ghosting for normal writing with average pressure. It will ghost if I fill in a shape, and it will be darker if the pen releases more ink or is a darker color. I love how the pages feel. It uses yellowish white paper and the dots are grey. I've had it for two weeks and so far it's doing great! It lays flat just like the description says. My only dislike about it is that occasionally, the dots will not be lined up between two pages. The dots will be off by less than a millimetre, but it is noticeable if using a straightedge.I will update after it has gotten more use.Update: 8/23/19 I'm obsessed with this notebook and constantly concerned it will be gone forever. I can put in anything in the pages and the paper is thick enough that the edge of the insert will disappear a couple of pages later. Almost nothing leaves a ghost mark and it's so nice to write on. I love how the cover feels. Two things that would improve the notebook would be page numbers and a second ribbon. But for the sake price it's worth it

Realmente me satisface demasiado haber comprado este producto, las hojas son bastante gruesas, al menos a mi no se me transparenta nada. El espacio entre los puntos es estándar, la calidad y la sensación al tacto son excelentes.Gran producto a un super precio.

Great for trying out bullet journalling

It was smaller then I thought it would be but the good thing is that there was minimal ghosting and I really enjoy that when you're doing Bujo. Even using ink on it went surprisedly well.
