This is a well made pressure washer. Very heavy and sturdy.
The only dislike is that the box was ripped out and there were some loose parts that could have been lost. We did not seem to be missing anything when we put it together. It is understandable because of the weight of the pressure washer. I have used this a couple of times and been pleased each time that the engine started right away. No fussing and pulling the starter rope more than once or twice!

Nice unit but awkward to crank
Nice product and does the job well. My only complaint is when it starts on one pull it’s great, but when it doesn’t it will wear you out. As I get older I can only hope it will start within a pull or two. Keeping the unit stable while cranking is a bit awkward as well.

CAUTION! Pressure Pump Failed After 20 Hours Of Use Over 3 years $500 Repair Cost
After using this pressure washer less than 20 hours spread over 3 years the pressure pump has failed. Pump is made in China and cannot be repaired, only replaced. Cost to put an American made pump which can be repaired for a much lesser cost is $525. I thought that being made by Briggs & Stratton and Honda this pressure washer would be worth the cost... it's not!

First time owning and using a power washer. Love it!
First day of use. 6 hours and not done. Cleaned the driveway, sidewalks, patio and deck with a surface cleaner...a must have. Tomorrow I'm power washing the truck and the house using the siphon to add soap/germicide. HONDA engine and AR triplex water pump are excellent! Extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Great deal at the $259.00 price point
Pressure washer works great. Easy to put together and starts with one or two pulls. Purchased a few months ago and have only used twice so far. Must have got it when it was on sale. Price was $259.00. Same model now costs over $500.00.🤑.

Hubby is happy
Hubby is very pleased with the performance of this power washer! However, he suggests the cart should be better designed; maneuverability is clumsy.

Never been able to use the power washer!
We purchased this pressure washer in March 2019, AND IT HAS NEVER WORKED! It did stay in the box for a few months but when we needed it and wanted to use it - it didn't work! We have been emailing back and forth for several months and they have been responding but they keep telling us to go to a repair shop. We have two engineers in the family and both have come to conclusion that it is the pump. All of the repairs shops only work on engines. The engine will run - it is the pump. THEY WILL NOT SEND US A NEW PUMP!!!!! DON'T BUY THIS PRESSURE WASHER! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY!!!
