Don't buy this book if you want to learn how to cook different things in the two drawers. There is a sameness about the recipes - too many with cheese, especially Parmesan. All the recipes use the 2 drawers on a "Match" setting. Overall, I'm struggling to understand the benefits of air-frying over an oven. There doesn't appear to be much saving in time and at least in an oven you can cook different things together. Nevertheless, looking forward to trying some of the recipes
