Never had one of these before but I assume they all make you wonder what do to with the drool in your mouth. Presumably, swallow it like normal and so you have to hope that the silicone has VERY little flavor because you don't want to feel like you're drinking a rubber soup. After rinsing, this has about as neutral a taste as you could expect. Cutting a star though because unlike some other brands, they didn't mold the bite force into these - so you have to come back to this listing if you forget which is low-medium-high strength.

Incredibly easy to use, fits comfortably, and the difference it makes is noticeable. The quality is good, happy with the durability for daily use, and easy to clean. I feel my jaw muscles strengthening!

this will strengthen your jaws but the main draw back from it the holes suck in the side of your checks and it hurts

These jaw exercisers will definitely exercise the jaw. However, you cannot exercise your jaws with your mouth shut due to the fact that the exerciser will suction to your cheeks. Thus the exerciser requires that you use it like you are showing your teeth, which produces quite a bit of saliva. I like the exercise it provides, but not the method and for that reason, this style would not be my first choice.

time will tell if these jaw exercisers will tone and tighten. They do fit well in the mouth and I can feel the workout they give my jaw due to the fatigue. I don't like that they cause my saliva to drool a bit. I have to keep a tissue nearby. I think they have the ability to do what they are designed to do.
