Bumper crop! Works better than bird and deer netting I've tried.
I was able to pick close to 50 pounds of blueberries from just three bushes this year, largely due to this netting. Other years, I had to keep an eye out for birds who found ways to get in the deer netting that I used. I have to say, the black netting looks better than this white kind, but it's worth it to keep the bugs and birds out. I also used some over my thornless blackberries and I think it also added a little needed shade during our hot August.

Good quality netting at a reasonable price
After tiring of loosing virtually all of my grape crops to ravenous birds, last season I tried using the ubiquitous black polypropylene 1/2 inch standard mesh “Anti Bird Net”. It was difficult to place over the vines, was impossible to remove from the vines, tore easily, did not prevent the Japanese Beatles from getting to the vines, and ended up tangling at least one bird that I had to cut free. After removing the mesh, it was so full of vine pieces and tears, that despite my best effort, it eventually ended up in the landfill, but not before fatally ensnaring one of my beloved rodent eating black snakes. There had to be something better. This Ultra-fine Mesh Insect Garden Netting is that something better. The ultra-fine mesh does not snag or tear on the grape vines, does not allow birds or snakes to get tangled up, and even prevents the dreaded Japanese Beatles from ravaging my vines. To make installation easy, I strung a cable along the top of the grape arbor and draped this material over either side like sheets on a clothesline, using stainless steel garden clips [www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0D47R53KB] like clothespins. While the task is easier with two people, I have done it by myself. I fold 3-4 inches of the fabric over from one side first, pinning it as I go, then go back and repeat from the opposite side. The generous 10-foot width provides ample length for gathering the two sides together at the bottom to form a complete protective envelope. The mesh allows good airflow and sunlight to prevent mildew and allow ripening. I do not spray my grapes and had no bug damage or bird loss, and am looking to harvest my best crop yield ever.If you have grapes, or other crops that the birds and bugs get the best of, I highly recommend that you give this Ultra-fine Mesh Insect Garden Netting a try, especially while there is a 20% coupon available. I have been very pleased with it and believe that you will be too.

A huge amount of netting that will last us a long time.
I have a couple of raised beds that grow things (mostly fruits) that are magnets for birds and other wildlife. We tried painting rocks to look like strawberries, since we heard that if you do that and it tricks the birds, they'll leave the rest of the plants alone -- unfortunately this didn't work AT ALL. So covering these beds with this mesh and binder clips holding it to the edge of the raised beds seemed like the next-best-option.Though hard to get an awesomely-straight cut (this is a monster of mesh and it moves around very easily while you're cutting it), both of those raised beds are now covered and we haven't had any issue with the wildlife since. I don't expect this to last forever, but luckily there is a LOT left over for replacement in the future. If we can get 1-2 growing seasons out of each cut mesh cover, it'll last us a long, long time.

Great cover for leafy vegetables
This is a must have to keep bugs of leafy vegetables. Just have to get it over them soon enough before the bugs start eating them. Best way to keep them bug free.
