Used the product for back pain. I like the size options.

Bought three pack ability rotate out older two had for twenty years . Not as impressed with three compared to two exact name brand had due are thinner material of ice packages do not seem to stay cold as long as older when apply all five at same times.Yes, would recommend .Plastic isn’t made as good as once was before recycling.Gel inside should be upstanding to atleast hour of usage after 24 hours in freezer .

These are a second purchase to replace the original Flexi-PACs we had for a decade. They stay cold for more than twenty minutes, form to the body part being iced. Great product! We haven't used them as hot packs so cannot comment on that aspect of the product.

Just what I needed

Great size to cover a knee. Having 3 allows at least one to always be ready to go. Very pleased with purchase.

This product is great both for heat and cold. I use it to wrap on my knees. Definitely recommended.
