Tracking is fantastic
Flow meter works just as expected, easy to install. I would not leave out in the elements as water build up can get under the screen and make it hard to few .

Well designed & built
This appears to be a well designed & built flow meter for water or fuels. It features an impeller that rests in the liquid flow channel, and as it rotates, a magnet on the impeller triggers Hall effect sensor to register each rotation, from which the little on-board computer calculates the flow rate. This is all done through the aluminum wall of the meter, which means there’s no opportunity in the design for liquids to leak from the flow channel into the circuit board housing. Other reviewers have noted some instances of rain getting in, so I will dress the o-ring seal with some silicone grease to hopefully prevent that. I like what I see and would get again.Pros already listed aboveCons: included installed batteries came DOA. Seems really unusual for a company to ship with batteries installed without an insulating tab to prevent discharge. At the end of the day, I like what I see and would get again.

Don't Waste Your Money
Used for about 3 weeks. We had 700 gallons on the life meter. Unit face began to fade to the point we thought the batteries were dead. Opened up unit to replace batteries and noticed surface rust on some of the components. It is a flow meter that isn't water proof. We used a heat gun to dry it out and got it working again for this mix but will be moving on to a more premium design.
