So I seen some reviews about not getting this if you’re short but I’m 5 1 and it’s been great. If I sit all the way back I can’t flat foot completely but I guess if that’s an issue for you there’s always the option to buy a little foot rest or use a pillow under your feet. For any chairs with good lumbar support they’re gonna be a little taller and the sizes are in the listing. It’s a huge upgrade from what I had previously so I’ll deal with not being able to completely touch the ground I’m short that’s nothing new to me. Worth the money. Size and style are great. I assembled it myself in a few minutes.

Office chairs are honestly the hardest to find a good one, and this one is a win! Some of the things I look for is how is the back support, cushion for my bum, and the cylinder for the chair lift. I am 190lb and 6ft and even though chairs make claims, I like that this chair is rated for 300lbs. One feature that I wasn't sure if I would like is the arm rest raise. But I have found this to be a great feature. I have a sit stand desk and sometimes the problem is that when the table goes into the low position the arms can get in the way. With this chair I am able to raise the arms up without any issues.The big question I had was if this would be easy to install. It literally took minutes. Possible the easiest chair to assemble and within minutes I was able to get to work.I can't reiterate this enough, the cushion is what makes this chair a game changer. It is nice and thick and makes it so easy to sit without feeling like my lower back will get in pain.

The chair seems to be mostly good quality. I liked the color, and it looks professional. I'd like it if it was a bit easier to lean back, because the spring makes it hard to lean back. The chair isn't too soft or too vir . Overall, the chair is comfortable and good value!

It's like a soft cushy surprise every time I sit down. Cushions are great from top to bottom! Love the armrest as i can raise or lower them!

There’s no way to get ahold of this company. I searched high and low for a customer service number. I needed to contact them because one of the chair arms arrived with a permanent deep arm indentation. I wanted the arm replaced.As for the assembly, on a scale of 1-5, 5 being extremely difficult, I would give it a 2. It was fairly easy. The directions however are not clear at all so utilizing the video and being intuitive goes a long way. I put it together by myself but having someone help, especially towards the end of the assembly where you need to attach the back to the arms, would be helpful so that it can be held in place.The chair is attractive and comfortable. It’s spacious too. I am not a big person, but still felt secure in it. This dented arm is irritating, but not enough for me to send it back. I didn’t notice the flaw initially until I was already 50% finished putting it together.If anything changes, regarding the comfort and longevity, I will update my review.UPDATE: The company reached out to me regarding this matter. I greatly appreciate that. Hopefully, they will put their contact information on their Amazon page for future customers.

Extremely comfortable and very good looking. Really like the color.

Very simple to put together, takes a lot of screw turning, but it comes with a little T-shaped Allen wrench tool to make it a bit faster. Took my wife and I about 25 minutes per chair to assemble. Can't speak to how well it's going to hold up to wear and tear, but the initial quality seems just fine, in line with the price. I think they look nice, my wife likes the way it reclines way back and still feels stable.

Don't buy if your short. This chair is comfortable, I like the high back. easy to relax into. Unfortunately I am 5 2 and the seat is too long for me. If the seat was 2 inches shorter I would love this chair but it ends past my knees so when sitting I can not sit all the way back. If I do I feel like a child with my legs hanging straight out. My husband is 6 feet said the chair is great to do office work but needs a head rest to relax.
